Terms of Use
Last updated: 10 July 2026 · Version 1.0
These terms are a starting template drafted by Zilk.ai and have not yet been reviewed by legal counsel; they reflect how we intend the site to be used, but they are not legal advice.
1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the zilk.ai website and its content. They do not govern any consulting engagement, product license, subscription, or security assessment — each of those is covered by a separate written agreement (statement of work, license, or engagement contract) signed before work begins. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.
2. Use of the site
You may browse the site and use the contact form for genuine inquiries. You agree not to:
- submit spam, automated form submissions, or content that is unlawful or abusive;
- attempt to disrupt the site, its hosting, or the contact endpoint;
- probe or test the site for vulnerabilities without permission — if you believe you have found a security issue, report it responsibly to [email protected] and we will respond to good-faith disclosures.
3. Content and intellectual property
The site's text, design, logos, and the names Zilk.ai, Zilk Security, Zilk NMS Pro, Zilk NWOS Analyzer, Zilk Security Assessment Tool, Zilk ForceCharge, and Zilk Multicast Analyzer belong to Zilk.ai. You may quote or link to the site freely with attribution; you may not republish substantial parts of it or use our marks in a way that implies endorsement. Open-source projects we publish (such as the Zilk Multicast Analyzer) are governed by their own licenses — MIT, in that case — which take precedence for that code.
4. Informational content, no warranty
Service descriptions, product specifications, and figures on this site (counts of services, commands, vendors, and similar) are kept accurate in good faith but are informational, not an offer or a guarantee. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice for your specific systems; that is what an engagement is for.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zilk.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Liability arising from actual engagements is addressed in the applicable signed agreement, not here.
6. Third-party links
The site links to third-party destinations such as GitHub. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
7. Privacy
How we handle data submitted through the contact form is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Changes and contact
Changes to these terms are published here as a new version with a new date; continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of the current version. Questions about these terms go to [email protected].
